With virtually no limits on dimensions and weight, we undertake customised door-to-door handling (including dangerous goods) and flexibly utilise air charters, on board couriers and other dispatch modes as appropriate.
Our long and close relationships with key Customs Bodies in the various countries we operate in, ensures that we are aligned with processes and a have current information on clearance documentation, harmonized codes and various permissions for all commodities. This in turn ensures quick and efficient custom clearance lead times.
For time-sensitive international shipments, this door-to-door service ensures delivery by the end of the same or next business day in major cities. Smaller loads on multiple sectors are consolidated and redistributed through our hubs in Singapore and Dubai for clearance and delivery across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, the Indian sub-continent, Europe, Australasia and the Americas. Linex’s integrated IT systems ensure reliable visibility of shipment status from origin to destination, and POD (proof of delivery notifications) are provided within 24 hours of delivery.

Our line-haul services include direct flights via onboard couriers, UCB mode or express cargo, with guaranteed uplift and no minimum charges. Express bags are normally cleared by the consignee upon arrival, but we can undertake this clearance if required. Our clients also benefit from excellent consolidation rates which enable them to enhance their service quality and reduce costs.

For highly urgent and/or valuable consignments that require immediate and secure delivery, we offer hand-carriage of cargo on the next available scheduled flight via the fastest and shortest route.
Our nominated representative boards the aircraft with your consignment, and upon arrival clears customs and then makes the final delivery by hand. You will receive constant updates regarding the shipment’s status and final handover.

Commercial B2C clearance is completed at one of our designated gateways, and final mile delivery by either courier or local post. As the largest wholesale network in Asia, Linex plays an important role in the express global parcel delivery market. Linex has been the exclusive worldwide general sales and service agent for Cathay Cargo’s courier product since 1989 and GSA for Air China since 2006.
Under these agency agreements, Linex offers priority linehaul space on a wholesale basis to the transportation industry, ensuring efficient transit, the latest cut-off times and the fastest retrievals.
